It's easy to shop and order from us. As you browse our selection you will see an image of the product as well as the price. If you are interested in a particular item or items, you can add it to your "Shopping Cart" and then click the "Calculate Delivery Fees" button in the lower left corner to see the exact price of shipping and handling. You can't beat the ease of delivery right to your doorstep. While we ship from several different warehouses, we always ensure the speediness of our deliveries at 5 business days, unless otherwise informed. You can even track your item as it's being shipping by logging into your PayPal account, or the account you used as your payment method. There you will receive shipment tracking information for your order and your peace of mind.
We have a return policy of 14 days. Send us an email at sales@shopsynthesizers.com to request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. Once we receive your request we will provide you with a return mailing address and further instructions to be able to process the return or exchange. A return can be made for a full refund as long as the item remains unopened in all its original product packaging. An exchange also needs to be in its original product packaging and can be traded in for the same item.
